Got stuck in first page how irresponsible behaviour it's crash every time when you going to transfer or checking your balance. I face lots of time so transfer all my money to nabil I request you to solve this problem. this app made me so embracing infront of people because of app crashing

As a user since 2018, this Dec update is worst in terms of UI experience. We don't need more and more features instead neat and clean UI design experience. God bless 🙏 project manager of this App who approved position for Login and Fingerprint at the top right corner of the display where thumb struggles to reach. Overall design experience is so much messy and even they enforce to new update and made old version unworkable. I just want old version back.

Worst experience among the banking apps. Have been using various banking apps for salary account and this bank in particular and this app is the worst experience I've ever had. Can never scan pay in one go, can never transfer fund in one go. Always have to transfer whole balance to esewa or other bank to make a payment in first place and this as well takes ages. Also the customer care is the worst of all banks I've worked with.
